Aking Guro, Aking Bayani. Sa aking walang laman na isipan, pinunan mo ito ng walang pag-alinlangan. Hindi ka napapagod magpakilainman. Ginawa mo upang iligtas ako. mula sa isang maling landas na dinaranas ko. nakinig ako kapag sinabi mo. Tinuruan mo ako araw-araw na manalangin, upang gabayan sa lahat kahit mawalan man ng hangin. ipinakita mo ang pagmamalasakit sa akin Sinabi mo sa akin na susubukan. Kung ang aking sarili ay handa ng maranasan. Nyayon hindi na takot na masusugatan. Inilaan ko para sayo, isang tula para sa tunay na bayani ko. Aking guro, buhay ko binago mo.

  3. Ways on How to Attain Health and Wellness

    Introduction
    A slogan goes this way, “Health is Wealth, “thus, there will be no wealth without health, indeed. The common term health refers to the state of being physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually sound. Wellness on the other hand, is quite synonymous to the word health since the term well means good, sound or in good health that conspicuously focuses on the all aspects of man’s life.
    In this developing country like Philippines, the only capital for human resources to earn a living is the so-called health and wellness. There will be no progressive and abundant country if people living there have poor health. So what makes a country to be considered as a first class country? The simple and transparent answer could be the two vital words- Health and Wellness. These two words are of course inseparable.
    In this instance, since we started discussing these crucial words, let me cite to you a very common example in our society, which will directly focus on the factors that affect academic performance of a student inside the school.
    A boy cannot go to school and perform well with his task assigned by his teacher because he has something problem with his health. He used to have fever, colds and toothache that caused him not to report to the class. A teacher in the class visited the boy who is confined for three days in the hospital due to the said unusual fever. And only he found out the real situation of the said pupil.
    Undeniably, this is an educational problem that even before and nowadays are remain unsolved. Thus, how to attain Health and Wellness? Take a look on these;723E9CE8-16F0-4C8E-8668370DCC3DE803
    Have enough sleep.
    Drink eight to ten glasses of water everyday.
    Take a bath everyday.
    Eat enough the right kind of food based on the basic kinds of food such as go, glow and grow foods.
    Do not over expose to the sunlight.
    Take regular 15 minutes exercise everyday.
    Have regular check up to your doctor.
    Avoid thinking your daily problems.
    Always think positive.
    Learn to smile at all times.
    Always set things organize.
    Have enough family recreation every weekend or month.
    With these, you will live healthy and well- physical lifestyles. There is no more time to think on when to start, but it is now!
